Hardware Returns & Replacements
We accept return or replacement requests within 7 days of delivery only in the following cases:
- Manufacturing defect at the time of delivery
- Wrong product supplied by AIM
- Transit damage (must be reported immediately on receipt)
Conditions:
- Product must be unused, uninstalled, and in original packaging
- All accessories, manuals, and invoice must be included
- No physical damage, tampering, or unauthorized modification
All returns are subject to inspection and approval by AIM.
Non-Returnable Items
The following items are not eligible for return or refund:
- Installed or used devices
- Customized or configuration-specific hardware
- SIM cards, data plans, and communication services once activated
- Products damaged due to misuse, improper installation, power issues, or environmental factors
- Software subscriptions once activated
Software & Subscription Services
- Platform, dashboard, cloud, and mobile app subscription fees are non-refundable once activated
- AIM will provide technical support to resolve service-related issues as per agreed service levels
- No refunds for partial usage or unused subscription periods
Order Cancellation
- Orders may be cancelled only before dispatch
- Once dispatched or installed, cancellation is not permitted
- Customized and bulk orders cannot be cancelled once confirmed
Refund Processing
- Approved refunds (if applicable) will be processed within 7–14 working days
- Refunds will be made via the original payment method or as mutually agreed
- Taxes, duties, and transaction charges already incurred may be deducted
Shipping for Returns
- Customers must notify AIM immediately in case of damaged delivery
- Return shipping instructions will be shared after approval
- Shipping cost for approved AIM-related errors will be borne by AIM
- In all other cases, return shipping cost will be borne by the customer
Limitation of Liability
AIM’s liability is limited to repair, replacement, or refund of the product value only. AIM shall not be responsible for indirect or consequential losses including data loss or business interruption.
